You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so with us you have a bit more time. We will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 7 working days of receiving the return. The return costs are for the customer.
3 simple steps to return the product:
Step 1 : Fill out the return form.
Send an email to info@comfitunderwear.co.uk to request the return form. Please include the reason for return in your mail.
Step 2 : Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track and Trace code. As sender you are responsible and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Please note that the return address we will provide will be the supplier's return address. The supplier is located abroad, so the return costs may be higher. For this reason, we will offer you another solution that will be to your advantage beforehand.
Step 3 : Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the parcel in good condition, we will make sure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 7 working days!
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
